The Bottom Line: It is an average sequel to the first film which in itself is not a bad thing. I was expecting it to be worse than it was and I was not let down at all. If you have seen the original film, you should know what to expect here and if you haven't seen it at least you will be aware of the fact you are watching a Chuck Norris movie. My biggest complaint is that it is not much more than a generic Chuck Norris movie. It is just a big production with Chuck and he is just going through the motions, something which I do not mind at all. A sequel like this is always going to be compared to the first movie in some regard, but I cannot say that I even remember this one that much. I remember the first Delta Force movie and this one more than the first one. It is a low budget and low impact film that does not rate well with me.
This is not necessarily a bad movie, but I would not recommend it to anyone and I am glad I have not seen it. It is just not worth watching as it is so mediocre and not fun. I give this movie 1 star and that is the end of it.
Originality:One thing that I liked about this film is that it has a certain plot to it that was pretty different from the original film. I would say that this is the first Chuck Norris movie that is actually worth watching. For the most part it is just about the same as the original film, but it is done well. I would say that this is the best Chuck Norris movie of all time. I would recommend this one to almost anyone as it is actually worth watching. I give this movie 5 stars and that is the end of it.
The cast is pretty much the same, this time Chuck Norris, Rutger Hauer, and Charlie Sheen and that is about it. The action in this one is much better than the first though this film is still pretty bad. It is a few years after the original film but that does not change the fact this movie is still really bad. The action is mostly just the same as the first film with a couple of new things thrown in.
